Learn more about the programHotel FAQ
Is there parking? Is it paid, and can I reserve a space?
The hotel offers free on-site parking for guests. Spaces are limited and are allocated on arrival on a first-come, first-served basis. Unfortunately, advance reservations are not available.
Are pets allowed?
Out of consideration for the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed at the hotel. We love animals, but our format does not allow us to accommodate guests with four-legged friends. Thank you for your understanding.
Is the spa area for hotel guests only?
The aquathermal area and pool are a privilege for our guests — a calm atmosphere designed for recovery. The massage rooms are open to everyone: both hotel guests and visitors can book a treatment.
Can I book and pay for my stay through a company?
Yes, this is possible. To make a booking and receive an invoice, please send an official request to our email info.acron@radissonindividuals.com with your company details. Our managers will contact you to confirm the details.
Can I book a photo shoot at the hotel?
Yes, of course. We will be happy to provide hotel guests with a space for a photo shoot. Please let us know where you plan to shoot — in your room, in the lobby, or on the hotel grounds — and we will help arrange all the details so that you feel comfortable.
Can you arrange a city tour?
We work with trusted, highly qualified guides who love Veliky Novgorod as much as we do. Our top recommendations:
- The Novgorod Kremlin — the city’s main landmark and the oldest fortress in Russia;
- Yaroslav’s Court — the site of ancient veche assemblies and markets;
- the “From Sofia to Paraskeva” theatrical walk — a journey into the atmosphere of medieval Novgorod;
- St. George’s Monastery and Rurik’s Settlement — just a 10-minute drive from the hotel;
- the Vitoslavlitsy open-air museum — a unique collection of wooden architecture.
