Why does the day start at 14:00 rather than at the time of check-in?
We follow standard accommodation rules so that housekeeping has enough time to prepare a fresh, clean room for you. The hotel day starts at 14:00. If you need a room at a different time, we offer flexible hourly rates — just ask when booking.
Why do I pay for a full day when booking early check-in?
When you book early check-in, we guarantee that the room will be waiting for you — to do this, we hold it from the previous day. That is why the full daily rate applies in this case.
If you arrive without a prior booking and a room is available, we will check you in early at half price — 0.5 of the daily rate. After 9:00, check-in is free of early check-in charges.
Can I cancel my booking on the day of arrival?
We understand that plans can change. If you cancel your booking a day before arrival, there is no penalty. Unfortunately, cancellations on the day of arrival are charged one night’s stay, as the room has already been reserved and cannot be offered to other guests. Please let us know in advance — we will always do our best to accommodate you.
Why is parking paid?
We value your time and the safety of your car. The parking lot is guarded and under 24/7 video surveillance, so nothing will happen to your car while you rest before or after your flight. The rate is 1 000 ₽ per day. This fee allows us to maintain order and make sure spaces are always available for our guests.
