By taxi or car sharing. From any railway station to the hotel takes about 20–30 minutes, depending on traffic. From Pulkovo Airport, about 40 minutes.

By public transport from Pulkovo. Bus No. 39 or a minibus to Moskovskaya metro station, then the metro to Begovaya with one transfer — about an hour.

On foot from Begovaya metro station. The metro exit leads straight to Lakhta Center; the hotel is a 7-minute walk away. Look for the Lakhta Center tower as a landmark.

If you'd like to order a taxi through our service, please let us know at least 2 hours in advance so we can book a car to fit your schedule. Contact the front office — we're always available. Fares are charged at the carrier's rates.

The hotel has a thermal area with a sauna and hammam. Open daily from 10:00 to 22:00.

Free secure outdoor parking on the premises is provided for hotel guests.

The hotel doesn't have its own pool. However, guests have access to a spa area with a sauna and hammam.

Yes, we're happy to welcome pets — cats, dogs, rodents, and others, except birds and any venomous species. During their stay at the hotel, animals must be kept in closed cages or carriers: this is a mandatory condition for the comfort and safety of all guests.

• Pet fee — 3 000 ₽ per day;
• Deposit for the duration of the stay — 7 000 ₽.

Dogs must weigh no more than 7 kg. This limit is due to sanitary regulations and room sizes: large dogs may feel cramped in our compact spaces and may also cause inconvenience to other guests. We care about the comfort of all our guests and appreciate your understanding.

The hotel is located in the business part of the Lakhta district, so we don't have a private beach. The nearest beach is in the 300th Anniversary of Saint Petersburg Park, just a 10-minute walk away.

There is no direct access to a pier from the hotel, but a landscaped promenade with piers is a 5-minute walk away — a lovely spot for morning or evening strolls.

Some rooms can accommodate an extra bed. The extra bed rate is 1 500 ₽ per day. Please check availability when booking, as the number of such rooms is limited.

Unfortunately, we do not offer room decoration services. However, we can recommend trusted companies that specialize in festive decor — you can contact them and place an order directly.

Yes, our hotel has rooms for guests with limited mobility. They feature accessible bathrooms, and the hotel entrance and all public areas are step-free, allowing easy wheelchair access. We recommend letting us know about your needs in advance when booking so we can select the most suitable room and prepare everything you need.

• Lakhta Center, a two-minute walk away: a mixed-use complex with Europe's tallest skyscraper, whose observation deck at 382 meters offers panoramic views of the city and the gulf;
• St. Peter's Chapel and the Church of St. Peter the Apostle;
• 300th Anniversary of Saint Petersburg Park, a scenic recreation area on the shore of the gulf;
• Yacht Bridge with panoramic views;
• Krestovsky Island, Gazprom Arena stadium, and an amusement park — a 15-minute drive away.

There is currently no separate halal menu at the restaurant. However, our chef will be glad to accommodate your requests when you order from the menu.
