Is there a place to eat on site?
There are no dining venues on the eco-resort grounds. Guests can use the summer bar and the restaurant at the neighboring Grand Chalet Altay 5* resort, reachable by a dedicated shuttle.
How do I get to the neighboring Grand Chalet Altay hotel?
The grounds of Grand Chalet Altay and Natura are separated by third-party property, so there is no direct access. For your convenience, an electric cart shuttle is available to take you there quickly and comfortably.
Eco-hotel guests can also visit the Sosny restaurant, the bathhouse complex, and the pool. Access to the outdoor pool requires a day pass, for both adults and children.
Can I stay with pets?
Out of consideration for the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed at the hotel. Thank you for your understanding.
Can we grill shashlik?
Yes, every cabin has its own fire pit. We provide charcoal and a barbecue grill free of charge — all you need to bring is the food and a good mood.
